In order to be sure that your purchase arrives in peak condition we use gel packs and insulated boxes during the majority of the year. Furthermore, the insulated shipping boxes will protect the chocolates for a few hours, but it is recommended that someone be home to accept delivery. If there are any doubts, please, feel free to give us a call, and we ought to be able to work something out. Currently, we are unable to ship outside the continental US.

Generally, we only ship our chocolates Monday through Wednesday so that they will reach their destination before the end of the week. Fleurir Chocolates continues to make everything in small batches by hand to ensure absolute chocolate perfection; consequently, depending on stock levels and the production schedule it can take up to 5 business days to process your order. If you need your chocolates by a certain day, please give us a call, and we will find a way to make it happen.
