Wizards? Aliens from a planet made of chocolate and inhabited by incredibly good looking chefs extraordinaire? Nah, we're just folks.




  • Robert Ludlow, co-owner & chocolatier. After graduating valedictorian with Le Grand Diplome from Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia, Robert returned stateside and went to work in some fancy-pants kitchens. In early 2009, unimpressed by the rockstar lifestyle, our hero changed course and decided to launch his own business making the finest chocolates in THE WORLD! You're welcome, world.

  • Corrie Kerr, chocolatier. Corrie is the most recent addition to Fleurir. You’ll see her over on the kitchen side of things making fillings, molding bars, dipping chocolates and making sure Robert eats at least once a day during the busy season. She is so, so nice. Before joining Fleurir, Corrie served in the U.S. Army, worked in accounting, owned a pastry business with her mom and studied at L'Academie de Cuisine. Also, she is studying to be a personal trainer. If Corrie was a cat, she would be on like her sixth life by now.

  • Toni Biafore, social media manager & retail. Toni has been with us for years, but we never wrote a blurb about her because we are terrible people. And bad at updating things. Anyway, Toni does all of the things in the shop that aren’t actually making chocolate. She handles retail, shipping, packaging, social media and has been doing our design work for the last year and a half. She seriously should have had a bit on the website a looooong time ago. Toni, why didn’t you write yourself an awesome blurb about how awesome you are and post it online???
