Shipping & Returns
In order to be sure that your purchase arrives in peak condition, we use gel packs and insulated padding during the majority of the year. The insulated boxes will protect the chocolates for a few hours, but it is recommended that someone be home to accept delivery. If there are any doubts, please, feel free to give us a call. Currently, we are unable to ship outside the continental US.
Generally, we only ship our chocolates Monday through Wednesday so that they will reach their destination before the end of the week. Fleurir Chocolates continues to make everything by hand and in small batches in order to ensure absolute chocolate perfection. Consequently, depending on stock levels and the production schedule, it can take up to 5 business days to process your order. If you need your chocolates by a certain day, please give us a call, and we will find a way to make it happen.
We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by weather, mechanical failures, or any other acts beyond our control.
