In order to be sure that your purchase arrives in peak condition we use gel packs and insulated boxes during the majority of the year. In general, during cooler months chocolates can be shipped via ground or two day air. However, during the warmer months the chocolates will need to be shipped either overnight or two day air.

As we can not ship to a P.O. Box we will need a street address for delivery. The boxes will protect the chocolates for a few hours but it is recommended that someone be home to accept delivery. If there are any doubts please feel free to contact us so we can take accommodate any concerns. Currently, we are unable to ship outside the continental US.

We only ship our chocolates Monday through Wednesday to be sure that they will reach their destination before the end of the week. Unless a later date is requested, orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of being received. There are certain instances when packages can be sent overnight on a Thursday but please contact us at 804-577-3819 in order to be positive.

Once the package has been received if anything is unsatisfactory please feel free to contact us. Though we can not accept returns we will do everything possible to alleviate any concerns.

Please be aware shipping charges will depend on weight, temperature, and destination. We can not be held responsible for any delays caused by weather, mechanical failures, or any other acts beyond our control.
